Where do I find my policy number?

Your policy number can be found on the upper right corner of your policy schedule and appears in a six-digit format.

How do I change my contact details?

The policy holder may make changes to the address, phone or email by calling us on 09 394 9000. Our Customer Service Team will need to verify the identity of the policyholder before making the changes.

How do I amend my cover?

You can add regular drivers, amend your cover or usage and discuss the additional add-ons by calling us and discussing your options.

How do I obtain my Certificate of Currency?

Please call or email us to request this to be resent. Be sure to have your policy number or vehicle registration number on hand.

Where can I find the Personal Disclosure Statement?

You can find this on your policy schedule, or your policy wording. 

Why has my premium increased?

Despite the fact all vehicles depreciate over time, sometimes it is necessary for premiums to rise. Factors which affect this rise are:

  • the claims our customers have made;
  • changes to your personal circumstances; or
  • regular drivers; and
  • the cost of inflation.
What does my insurance cover me for?

Our policies are designed to suit the cover you need from unforeseen accidents, there are also variety of additional benefits such as emergency trip continuation and repair guarantee. Please refer to our most recent policy wording. 

How do I pay my premium?

You can pay online, call us or visit your local ANZ bank with our bank details and your policy number as a reference or set up a monthly Direct Debit plan.

How do I change the frequency and pay less?

You can save money by paying your premium in a lump sum. Should you wish to spread the payment across the term of your policy, we will need to arrange a Direct Debit directly from your bank account or a credit card.

How do I cancel my policy?

We hope you do not cancel your policy, but we understand when selling a vehicle that you must. Please contact us with your policy number or vehicle registration so we have in writing the intended date of cancellation. We can then calculate if we owe you any unused premiums.
